Make sure you type in the correct email address and check your Spam folder in case you have not received our email. To download, make sure that you are not accessing Funzi through Free Basics, and that your device has a PDF reader since the certificate is a PDF file. The download process is handled by your browser and OS, so you will need to check your downloads folder for your certificate. funzi.mobi will not show any “You've now downloaded your certificate"-page when it's done.
